As the Coordinator of Marketing at Flagler, I create and oversee marketing and strategy campaigns across campus, working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. I leverage my organizational and tactical marketing and advertising skills to support a diverse array of projects to help our college's brand and initiatives grow and mature.
Previously serving as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator for the Division of Continuing Education, I was the vital bridge connecting that division with the Division of Marketing and Communication. My role focused on crafting and executing compelling strategies and content for the division's marketing and communication endeavors, ensuring a seamless and impactful college-wide brand experience for non-traditional bachelor's degree programs. Leveraging my analytical skills and creative mindset, I provided valuable insights and steer the Division of Continuing Education toward dynamic growth. Once organizational shifts began internally, I transition to my current position growing in the programs I oversee and responsibilities.
My journey at Flagler commenced during my college years. In 2020, in the middle of my junior year, I joined the Marketing and Communications Department as a work-study student. My early contributions focused on content organization and preparation. Still, my demonstrated skills soon led me to spearhead content creation projects for social media posts, digital and print magazines, and national print mail campaigns. Conducting ad-effectiveness reviews and competitor analyses of 17 rival and aspirant schools showcased my data analysis and research prowess.
In tandem with my work-study experience, I undertook my honors capstone project - a Spanish-Based enrollment campaign for the school. This multifaceted project not only served my alma mater but also artfully connected my majors and minor, bolstering my portfolio in a meaningful way.
